Efficient staff, spacious room with comfortable bed, modern amenities, ample tea and coffee options, convenient desk and chair for work.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and stylish room. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The food from room service was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Plus, the location was very convenient and close to the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight.

The lack of Christmas decorations in the hotel. It didn't feel very festive and didn't match the holiday spirit.

The Pullman Sydney Airport was great with a fantastic bath, an awesome waterfall shower, and super warm and comfortable beds with cozy sheets. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is modern and stylish, with a spacious room and convenient location near the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right near the airport was perfect for us, as we had a connecting flight to catch. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-maintained atmosphere. We were impressed with the ease of parking and the convenient transportation options available. the hotel's proximity to various restaurants allowed us to explore the local dining scene effortlessly. The highlight of our stay, however, was the breakfast. It was delicious and the staff were really nice too ensure we had a great experience.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel were absolutely amazing. the exclusive room advantages made my stay unforgettable. the restaurant served special diet menus that exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the private facilities provided and appreciated the helpful service from the staff. the in-room breakfast was a memorable experience. the location advantages are excellent for travelers.

I did have one issue with the hotel. the snack bar was not up to my standards.

If you're looking for a convenient location close to the airport and public transport, this hotel is a great choice. It's just a short walk to Mascot station and the domestic terminal, making it easy to catch your flight. Plus, there are plenty of fast food places nearby if you want a quick bite to eat. The rooms are comfortable, with well-regulated temperature and strong wifi. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist you during your stay.

One downside is that the bathroom lacks privacy, as the sliding door doesn't provide a separation between the shower and toilet.

The hotel's striking interior and colorful art gave it a trendy and fun atmosphere. The staff were warm and cute, making me feel right at home. The room was super comfortable with fluffy towels and all the toiletries I needed. The only downside was the charged wifi in the room, but hopefully the hotel will address that soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a great overnight stay.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the luxurious and exclusive amenities provided. the room was well-equipped and had a spacious bathroom with private facilities. the service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and courteous. the garden area was a great place to relax after a long day, and the in-room breakfast was a real treat. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind with a drink, and the snack bar had a good selection of food.

The only minor issue we had was that the room was not entirely soundproofed, and we could hear traffic and planes taking off. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
